I know of no other genus whose plants flower out-of-doors every day of the year. I know of no other genus with one or more species coming into bloom or growth, peaking or going dormant at every season.
And this is Lothar's hobby
This wonderfully romantic and vibrantly colored fuchsia has blossoms dangling beautifully from the hanging pots. Blooming from spring through autumn to an admiring Lothar they are reminiscent of exotic dancing girls. With his tender care and expertise Lothar props the largest, and his favorite, fuchsias which look like small radiant trees from an “Alice in Wonderland” scene. A masterful gardener indeed.
